The audio tour accompanies the tour through the exhibition rooms. It provides background information on selected objects and establishes a link to the central themes of the exhibition. For example, you will learn what an engraved ostrich egg or a toddler's dress with ribbons has to do with the Enlightenment. Interviews with the curator, the exhibition team and the designer allow a look behind the scenes and tell the story of how the presentation came about.

The audio tour is available in German and English. Selected exhibits are described in detail for blind and visually impaired visitors and categorised in the tour.
