Public Debates: ‘Café Liberté’
A collaboration with the Einstein Forum, Potsdam and the Collegium Hungaricum in Berlin
Sundays 2 p.m. Admission free, in the foyer of the Exhibition Hall.
The organisers of the exhibition will hold a series of public debates. Invited guests will make short introductory statements and follow these up by discussing themes in the exhibition with the general public.

The Desire for Freedom - Film Series in the Cinema Zeughauskino
The Zeughauskino will present its film series, ‘The Desire for Freedom’ in three blocks. The programme of works from different countries in Europe has been selected, in relation to the themes in the exhibition and represents a slice of European film history since 1945.

Public Closing Event for the Körber Foundation’s Workshop on ‘The Desire for Freedom’
The Körber Foundation will organise a closed Workshop in parallel to the exhibition. Award holders and alumni of the Körber Foundation will visit Berlin, to spend several days getting to grips with various aspects of the exhibition. The results will be presented in public at a special closing event.
